- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know my pricing is below average but I think everyone should be able to get a thoroughly cleaned house within their budget. The customer should also know that pricing for 'add-ons' is part of my "all inclusive rate", using specialty products (ie. Bona, Mold & Mildew remover, Heavy Duty Degreaser, etc) is extra & I charge a standard service fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really like to get a full understanding of what the customer needs so that I can provide an accurate quote along with the customer sometimes sending pictures of the areas that need attention.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self trained... I've been cleaning houses half my life.
