Robert was very responsive to my request. I needed to have vinyl flooring removed asap. The work we requested on our floor was done quickly and well. Robert was extremely responsive to our request, going out of his way to come see the room in our home where we needed the work and to complete the job on our requested schedule. We asked him to remove carpet and replace it with LVP. He has a lot of experience with this sort of work, and was clearly committed to providing excellent value for the price. The new floor looks beautiful.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will come give a quote. If it’s something that you’d like to move forward with I’ll write up a contract for both parties to sign and require 1/2 down and balance due upon completion.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing floors at a young age. My dad had his own business when I was growing up, by the time I was 15 years old I could install a job from start to finish on my own
