He doesn’t know anything about the washer but wanted $65. He didn’t even bring the tools inside, pressed a few switches for a few minutes and said that the machine needs replacement. He pretends as if he did something and collects the fee for so called diagnosing.

As a woman getting work done on my home, I have expectations for everyone who I pay to do a service. Once we finally decided on a price, he came to do work that he claimed to have knowledge on doing. He installed the stove with no issues but once it came to the dishwasher things went down hill. He flooded out the kitchen and complained about the material that my wife got for him as she helped him get everything cleaned up off of the floor. We asked him to come back another day due to it getting dark and him needing to be monitored while working. I had several concerns and questions that he ignored. When I asked if he could come back at a specific time that worked best he told me he would think about it. I was already hesitant because he started off with one price and changed him mind and then went back to it. Mr. Baker is overall sloppy, sassy, and disorganized and I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone else.
