I hired RVA Modern Renovation to remodel my 3rd floor walk-up attic and gut and refresh my guest bathroom. They did an exceptional job. Renovations in a 100+ year old house are never easy. With nothing being square, old plumbing and questionable wiring, the team had to work with caution and intentionality to minimize any collateral damage to other parts of the house. They delivered to our expectations and created some beautiful spaces. I will have them back for the next round in the spring.
