I had an issue with my Peloton bike+ not powering on. I thought it was going to be a simple fix, but it turned out to be a more complicated issue involving circuitry. I was surprised my tech volunteered to try to fix the problem, which I agreed to as otherwise I just had a non-functioning bike. He informed me of his process every step of the way and asked permission to alter the machine in any way. He stayed hours after trying to solve the issue, which didn’t seem to be solvable. I appreciated his going above and beyond so much, but especially when after he left, my bike powered back on! I’m so grateful and can’t say enough about the quality and affordability of the work.
