- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at time of booking and applied toward your service(s). Invoices are due on or before the date of service. No refunds, I will happily make 3 attempts at rectifying any concerns that arise from completed services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require a New Client questionnaire and consultation to get a detailed understanding of my clients needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in Business Management and as a Personal Stylist with over 5 years of experience.
