- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally i use my hourly rate which is $70hr. (min 1hr) which covers the first hour it doesn't cover materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends, On a repair job: the process typically starts with a description of the issue. On an Install job: the customer and I talk and walk through the area to get a sense of what they want and expect me to deliver.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed an Apprenticeship program with the IBEW, a five-year program. I passed the state issued Master Electrician Exam and also all Examinations need to become a Class A Electrical Contractor.
