They had all the equipment needed to clean my dryer vent despite the fact that it requires an extension ladder to get to it! I was very pleased with the work and now that’s off my plate and I don’t have to worry about the lint catching fire this winter. Thank you!

I made an appointment for today to look at my vent system. The tech arrived on time, jumped right in and provided what I felt was an honest assessment. I knew my vents needed cleaned. We discussed the entire scope as I have a dual system. He provided information, we narrowed down a price and a two phase project and he got right to work. Very satisfied and I'm looking forward to the next phase.

The technician Elanos was a little rude and was rushing to get the job done. He acted like he was doing me a favor wherein actually, he was providing a service that I was paying for. He did do a good job in cleaning my dryer vent/duct and arrived within the time frame that was given. But, I would not use this company again.
