- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing changes depending on size, materials used, flexibility desired on payment, etc. We provide free estimates, with a price that’s good for a year! The best thing to do is call me to set up an appointment and we can go over different options and I’ll give you a price based on what you’re looking for!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The home improvement industry is littered with choices. Most of our products are like “jeans”. Pricing has a very broad range, there are a plethora of materials, and they all look the same. No matter what kind of project we are doing, we want to first sit down with you, go over all the options available to you, plus our HCR solution, and if you decide you like our company, and the solutions we offer, then we will do our best to make that project fit within your budget!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our crews are factory trained. For example, our roofers are all “Master Elite Certified Installers” with GAF. That’s less than 3% of all roofing installers on the East Coast. Everyone completes a background check and drug test All of our crews our specialized within their field. So while we do roofs, windows, doors, gutters, and siding. Our window guys only do windows. Our roofing guys only do roofs, and so on! We made sure we didn’t create a “jack of all trades, master of none”! And last but not least, every project comes with a warranty for 50 years, on material and Labor (yes labor). Once you pay for your project you will never spend another dollar on that area of your home for the rest of your life!
