- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are very professional and my fee includes everything minus a deposit fee of $100.00 I can provide up to four speakers, table, and microphone. The deposit will be added to the balance if booked the same week of the inquiry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I would setup either a phone call or zoom meeting to go over what is needed for your event. Next, I will email a contract with the breakdown of the quoted price for my services which would include the deposit fee for booking. After those steps are handled, then I will ask for a preferred playlist for the event to get an idea what type of music is wanted for that date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a musician that played trumpet and baritone from elementary to college. Also, I took radio broadcasting/journalism at a technical school. I graduated with a mass communications degree.
