FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on customer needs. Some events are bigger than others. Some customers need an emcee, lighting, longer hours, extra sound, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer and I have established contact I will email our brochure over with our different packages for review. Then we can set up a personal meeting face to face or phone or zoom call so we can iron out details and get final price. After booking we send out our mobile music planning app where clients make their song selections and organize the time line for the wedding. I will periodically check with clients before wedding/event to make sure everything is going well. A week or 2 before the date we setup our final consultation meeting to go over final details and to see if we need to update anything and to make sure they are confident and comfortable with us and know the event will be awesome!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed an online digital dj class from Global digital dj's.com. I have my own deejay school The BlendMasters DJ Academy. I've been DJing since I was 15 and have used all different types of equipment.
