- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hardware and software break fix services range from 25 to 75 dollars per job. We also provide Managed Services at a low monthly rate per month per computer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Honesty is our first goal when working with a new customer. We are not the company that will overcharge and tell customers that they need to go buy the latest and greatest. Educating is our second goal. We want our potential clients to make an informed decision. We want to give our customers the tools needed so that a proactive approach is taken which will mitigate future issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Combined, PC's-R-Us has over 20 years of IT related experience. We hold bachelor's degrees in Management Information Systems. We also hold several industry leading certifications to include, Cisco certified network associate (CCNA), Comptia's A+ and Network + certified, and we are Dell certified systems experts (DCSE). We are also trained with several other vendor product lines such as HP and Lenovo.
