- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair especially on Thumbtack. No show up fee like most companies which is usually around 100$.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicating by phone call, text, email, or messaging. First, I try to figure how to be of the best service for each particular person, or persons. Listening completely to needs of the customer and trying to present solutions for the project inquired. If estimates are needed, they will be delivered in timely manner. Then if agreements are made to preform work my goal is show up on time to complete the project in a clean and safe manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 3 year degree in HVAC. A Masters License in HVAC. I'm EPA certified to handle all refrigerants. Carrier/Bryant/Midea Mini Split certified. I've also have taken various other courses.
