- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is very reasonable and affordable. There are no hidden fees like most big companies. I am very big on customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I receive a job lead, I reach out to customers right away to put them on the schedule the same day if possible. You can also schedule a day and time that suits your needs. I will come out to assess the issue and give a solution and estimate. If the estimate is accepted, the $65 trip fee will be waived.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Master Plumber license and over 17 years experience.
