Introduction

Cakes of Cen is a growing business. Chef Cenica Harris graduated from Le Cordon Bleu French pastry school in 2011. Since then, I have opened a casino as the Excutive Pastry Chef. I then went on to open up Chocolate boutique's for three very elite chocolate companies. My services include cakes of all sizes and shapes, cookies, cupcakes, pies, tarts, brownies, tortes, plated desserts, and gourmet chocolates. I also have a love for teaching, such as baking, cake decorating, and cooking courses. I love working with my hands and creating something new. The greatest achievement is the joy that it brings to the customer. Whether it's a custom cake or someone wanting to learn how to bake a pie.

Overall great experience. Was very accommodating with my schedule and figuring out the best cake to make. It was a hit at the surprise party I threw and was the first time an entire cake was eaten in one evening. Goes to show that it was delicious!

I asked and she delivered. Everything turned out great! Even where there were obstacles, she knew how to improvise and make it happen. I have no words how thankful and happy I am with Cen’s work. Yesterday we celebrated my Daughter’s sweet sixteen and my daughter choose a cake goes with the color of her dress and theme, Cen did everything to make it happen. When I talked to her fitst time and told her how impotant it is for me to have the perfect cake she assured me saying she totally understand my emotion and I saw that in her work yesterday. I will reccomend her over any high end bakeries as she is extrimly professional and perfectionest. Thank you so very much Cen.

when working with a customer, I have to ask all the big questions. who is it for? when is the occasion, and how early can I show up? What is your dream, because my main objective is to make that dream come true. Whether it's teaching you how to bake, wedding cake and or desserts. I guarantee my services!

I attended and graduated with my bachelor's degree from Le Cordon Bleu French Pastry School I opened a thriving casino as a pastry chef I am a certified chocolatier as well. I have been working in my field for 13 years.
