- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer no-contract assistance to Landlords who need a one-time management service when they're out of town.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to introduce myself over the phone and get an understanding of the client's needs. If it's something I'm knowledgeable in, then I will proceed to offer solutions and see if any of them are a good fit for both parties. If not, I will let the client know and redirect them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 Years of hands-on real estate experience, 4 years of property management.
