FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be reasonable with our prices. We don't like to over charge our customer because we don't want the customer to feel like they have been scammed out of their money. That being said any prices that we give are based off of the junkyard we work with and how they charge us for each load we drop off when doing junk removal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we have a new customer I like to ask questions about the job they have requested. I move on and ask about their availability. Then I give them a price and ask about their preferred form of payment. If they accept my price I ask for the address of the job site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been running this company as our family business for 4 years since 2016. Previous to that I worked in junk removal for 3 years. I worked in landscaping for 5 years and I did odd jobs power washing in-between as odd jobs with a friend until they decided to shut down their company.
