- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first listen to the customer's needs usually via phone or email. We then go over our general pricing which is based on volume, or how much goes into our truck. We set up a no-obligation appointment where 2 guys come out prepared to do the job but are still on an estimate basis up until the customer says, "take it away!" This allows the customer to show us everything they wish to have removed and allows us to give a very close price estimate prior to the work beginning so we are all on the same page.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The owner, Michael Scott started in 2008 by helping a friend of the family declutter a huge old house that she was preparing for sale. A light bulb went off and he started advertising in small local newspapers with immediate results.
