- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are a flat rate and does not change, unless the scope of the job changes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If customers are local, I offer a 5% discount. I spend time on consultation for work before it is even started. I offer free estimates with no trip charge. Also offer discounts to Veterans and Senior Citizens.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Undergrade in Computer Science. I have a Masters Degree in Cyber Security. Also have an MBA in Business Administration. I'm THX certified as a home theater professional installer.
