This was a great experience from beginning to end!! The owner called me personally and answered all of my questions. The technician who came was so polite and knowledgeable. After inspecting the carpet and upholstery, he clearly explained what he thought would be the best course of action(we had pet stains and odor). After the cleaning, my carpet and furniture looked brand new again and smelled amazing!! To top it off they gave me a nice discount for being a first time customer.

I was recommended to this company to have them replace my kitchen faucet. The guy that came was very nice. But he had to YouTube how to change the faucet. I asked him if he knew what he was doing. He said yes. It took 2 hours, and I had to help hold down the faucet while he tried to take the old one off. A few days later, I noticed that my faucet was leaking, and when I ran my dishwasher, it also leaked under my sink. I got in contact with I think the owner and told her what was going on. She said would get back to me for someone to fix this. I have not heard back, and I left several messages. I am now asking for my money back so I can get someone out to fix my faucet properly.
