This was a great experience from beginning to end!! The owner called me personally and answered all of my questions. The technician who came was so polite and knowledgeable. After inspecting the carpet and upholstery, he clearly explained what he thought would be the best course of action(we had pet stains and odor). After the cleaning, my carpet and furniture looked brand new again and smelled amazing!! To top it off they gave me a nice discount for being a first time customer.

This company does an amazing job. They were able to get out stains and odor I never thought would be possible. They took there time and made sure not to miss a single spot. The carpet and sectional looked and smelled wonderful and everything was dry within an hour. Definitely recommend!!!

Be careful with these guys. They just sent 1 person who did a poor job cleaning. She was not really a prof cleaner. We had to just lay so she will leave. She did an average job of cleaning, left the bathroom and kitchen items in disarray, left black spots probably due to her cleaning supplies, took break and smoked multiple times and left a smell. We had to clean up after her in fact. Not recommended. I had asked them how many people they’ll send but she conveniently gaslighted me. Be careful!

I was recommended to this company to have them replace my kitchen faucet. The guy that came was very nice. But he had to YouTube how to change the faucet. I asked him if he knew what he was doing. He said yes. It took 2 hours, and I had to help hold down the faucet while he tried to take the old one off. A few days later, I noticed that my faucet was leaking, and when I ran my dishwasher, it also leaked under my sink. I got in contact with I think the owner and told her what was going on. She said would get back to me for someone to fix this. I have not heard back, and I left several messages. I am now asking for my money back so I can get someone out to fix my faucet properly.
