- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do recurring discounts. We do not offer many discounts because we try to give back to the military community and a veteran owned company. We understand the struggles of being a military family and we can to support them when we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make sure to learn the details of their home so we can craft a special cleaning for them. We also send our manager our to ensure that their first cleaning is always down to the customer’s liking. This always allows us to make note’s inside of their profile to make sure nothing is missed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do monthly team training. We also do weekly quality checks in all of our team members to make sure they are always at their best.
