- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is the same for every customer and is created based on the repair needs. This is why we do detailed written proposals. NOT an estimate BUT an exact price in writing!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a time for your free proposal which usually is 15 to 30 minutes at the most. Come at the scheduled time for the proposal and e-mail to the homeowner. Whether accepted on site or later another e-mail goes out to verify the details and set a time to do the work. A reminder is emailed the day before the work. We always cover the area of the work and clean up when we finish!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Hampton Roads team has over 20 years experience in home improvements and we only hire qualified, experienced technicians and run background checks on all employees.
