Outstanding service at a affordable rate. Work quality was great including adding pieces of wood to the ceiling so the repair work could tie into a structure that was sturdy. The team was very concerned with minimizing dust around by taping plastic to the ceiling and putting plastic on the floor. They did a great job cleaning up the work area afterwards.

Patch boys was responsive, fair and FAST! We were really in a time crunch to get the drywall repaired and textured before painting could begin, and Patch Boys made it happen! We appreciated this so much! The quality of the work was good considering the extensive damage to our walls. Our prior tenants had kicked holes in the walls, left countless random holes throughout, mounted mirrors to the entire garage ceiling, and caused water damage to a large section of the kitchen ceiling. Kevin made it all as good as new. He even pitched in to assist our painter as they were working in the house together. We live out of state and really put our trust in Patch Boys to let themselves into the vacant house and do the work. I was impressed by the initiative, honesty and customer service! I'd definitely recommend!

My rental was badly damaged due to burst pipes. I was devastated when I saw the aftermath. I researched companies that I could trust and reasonably-priced with labor fees. I contacted Patchboys and spoke with Kevin. He didn't give me the salesman speech, but instead impressed me with his knowledge and compassion about what he and his team do best. Before they started the repair, Kevin surveyed the entire house for any water damage, moisture, and any molds. After careful and meticulous checks, he and his team began working. Patchboys made the ceiling look like nothing had happened. And they cleaned up after themselves. Patchboys delivered and exceeded my expectations. I can't thank you enough for outstanding customer service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is the same for every customer and is created based on the repair needs. This is why we do detailed written proposals. NOT an estimate BUT an exact price in writing!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a time for your free proposal which usually is 15 to 30 minutes at the most. Come at the scheduled time for the proposal and e-mail to the homeowner. Whether accepted on site or later another e-mail goes out to verify the details and set a time to do the work. A reminder is emailed the day before the work. We always cover the area of the work and clean up when we finish!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Hampton Roads team has over 20 years experience in home improvements and we only hire qualified, experienced technicians and run background checks on all employees.
