- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have an hourly set wage, I try to save my customers as much as possible and find that pricing by the job works well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to see if my customer is educated on the product, or service they are looking for, and give different options, solutions, and most importantly price options. It is very important to me to help save my customers as much as possible on cost, without compromise to quality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in almost every trade in the building industry, 6 years as a Warranty Technician for a major custom home builder in Charlotte N.C., and 5 years as a building Superintendent for a trac home builder in Charlotte as well.
