- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I guess it’s a good ideal to know what people are charging in the industry and maybe try to pick one in the middle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go and diagnose the unit in the customer home figure out whether it needs parts. I charge half the cost of the repair in order the parts come back and install parts collect the other half. Ensure equipment is better than you found it.
