FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices may sometimes seem expensive, but if it’s pricey for me it’s because I know the job is difficult yet my experience makes things go smooth and it looks professional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to great myself as if I’m apart of your family so you understand that I will always treat your house like it’s mine. I will then get into asking you several questions and get a feel of what you’d like. Once I do that, I will survey the site of your house and give you my thoughts as to what I can do and then give you my estimated time to complete and start the job. After it’s all done, I’ll clean your house up and educate you if needed on your equipment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been educated on several hours of video and over 10 years of experience on cabling during the thousands of customers I served while at Dish. I understand you want your house to look nice and you want to impress your guest.
