I scheduled a phone call to talk logistics and book, I was told that someone would call me at 5pm.. Phone call confirmed Date and time Wed Aug 8, 5:00 PM Cancel The pro will call you at: NO PHONE CALL! My wedding is in one week and they knew that when they initially reached out to me and said, "we would love to hear more about your event and discuss it with you in further detail." This was a waste of valuable time that I do not have as my wedding again, is a week away. Very Poor Service. We booked with someone else who scheduled and appointment and actually followed up with it!

Prompt, excellent customer service, engaging, and organized are just a few ways I can describe this business professional.
