I have appreciated my time learning from Steph. She has a very patient calm energy that makes her easy to talk to. I have always been overwhelmed by meditation and Steph broke it down for me in ways I can practice meditation and incorporate more meditation and mindfulness in my everyday routine. I started a personal mediation practice a few months ago, but hit a wall trying to use the apps and find something I really liked. Steph and I were able to work together to find a practice that I could do everyday, supplemented by her guided meditation weekly. I know meditation is a practice, and I am constantly working on it, but I already feel more grounded and calmer than when I was working with apps from my phone. We were also able to do some mindfulness coaching during our sessions which reached to parts of my life far off the mat. Thank you Steph, I'm excited to continue learning, growing, and RELAXING.

I’ve tried multiple life coaches and recently wanted to build a meditation practice. From the first session with Steph I felt comfortable, motivated and relaxed, since then we’ve been working together 1-2x a week on life coaching and meditation and I’m seeing real changes in my daily life, energy and mindset. Steph is a natural teacher of yoga and meditation. She is calm and knowledgeable. She has helped me improve my yoga practice and learn more about the benefits of meditation. Sitting still is probably the hardest thing a human can do, but Steph makes it a comfortable and rewarding experience. She’s the best!
