Thereron Design Studio, specializing in both Residential and Commercial Properties. We don’t do “cookie cutter” designs. Our Studio only does creative, curated Luxury spaces. . Our Face-to-face Design Consultations start @ $210 per hour or more but it’s based on your location (more than 40 miles from zip code 20109 will incur an additional fee) . Our Full-Service Designs are fee is $3,500 and your budget per room must be $15,000 . Our Luxury Design which includes procurement are fee is $4,500 and your budget per room must be $22,000 . Mimi is a joy to work with, she is kind responsive and flexible. Her resources are extensive, and she is always available to support you through the process of building your home/space. I cannot think of an easier person to work with, it is clear that design is her passion. I would not hesistate to recommend her, and my project is still on the way. Photos will be coming soon!

I worked with Thereon Design Studios in the Spring and was impressed by how prepared and thorough they were in our first meeting. From start to finish Mimi has been very professional through it all. She was very in tune on the vision I had for how I would like my place to look. If there were things that needed to be swapped out or a certain style didn’t match my vision Mimi helped me get a clearer picture on how I wanted things to look. Mimi was GREAT to work with . I set up an introductory call with her to discuss her approach to interior design because I have never worked with an interior designer before and I knew from that call on that she would be great to work with because of how patient she was with all of my questions and how responsive she was to my initial contact. We worked with Mimi initially for a help selecting a paint color but she made the appointment so much more. During our time together, she gave me a lot ideas for how to make our current space work while offering inexpensive ideas to add to our space. She again was patient with all of my question and I implemented a few of her ideas right after she left and I am already happy with the progress. We look forward to continuing to work with Mimi in the future. I have already recommended Mimi to a few of my friends and I loved seeing Mimi's passion for what she does. She is very talented and I would highly recommend connecting with her to learn more about how she can transform your space.

We have many services to choose from to fit your budget. We can assist in small projects as well as large ones. We can work with your contractors (if needed) or engage our own Team of professionals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet, discuss expectations including timeline, budget and then decide if we’re a good fit. We can design your space, suggest the items for purchase, manage the ordering of those items (optional), deliver and install.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked for a private Designer in Vienna, VA and for several private Furniture stores as a Senior Designer.
