Thereron Design Studio, specializing in both Residential and Commercial Properties. Our Studio loves to create curated, well designed spaces. . Our fee is $210 per hour for Residential Spaces . Our fee is $230 per hour for Commercial Spaces . Our Face-to-face Design Consultations start @ $210 per hour or more but it’s based on your location (more than 40 miles from zip code 20109 will incur an additional fee) . Our Full-Service Designs are fee is $3,700 and your budget per room must be $15,000 if we’re starting from scratch. . Our Luxury Design which includes procurement are fee is $4,500 and your budget per room must be $22,000 (Kitchen Design is not included). . Our “Designer for a Day”, a flat rate of $1,000 for 6 hours of our time to include ideas for accessories (selecting artwork, paint colors, home decor and window treatments).
