Good Day, My name is Richard Cohen and I am the owner of Clever Cocktails. I am fully vaccinated, now including my booster. I love being behind the bar and providing excellent service. It makes all the difference why people hire me. I keep my charges simple, $35.00 per hour from arrival to departure. I charge a minimum of $175.00 for up to 4 hours. Then back to the $35.00 per hour as needed. Feel free to contact me. I used to be the beverage manager at the Ritz at Tysons for 8 years so I know both the service and the drinks. I can work in the attire of your choice from simple black pants and white shirt, to a tuxedo. I have worn anything from Hawaiian shirts, to hockey jersey's. You tell me. I have all the bar equipment a professional should have from ice scoops, ice buckets, liquor tops, wine openers to bus tubs to cool your beverages. Working with Richard ended up being one of my favorite parts of my whole wedding. He's knowledgeable, kind, professional and gives incredible customer service. Richard went so far above and beyond my expectations (he even cut our wedding cake!) Hiring Richard is like hiring your dad, his whole goal was just to give great advice in much more than just bartending and give excellent service along the way. I truly can't say enough about this man please hire him you won't regret it. Also his pricing is incredibly affordable and he makes a point to make sure you get charged appropriately and definitely doesn't over stay a welcome. Thank you so much Richard!!!

Richard is THE BEST. We had an incredible experience having him bartend my husband's 40th in our home. He worked with us throughout the planning process to ensure we supplied the right amount of everything, provided drinkware (at a very nominal cost), was prompt, professional, flexible to our space, and extremely gracious and attentive to all our guests. His drinks were, delicious, strong and made quickly - we couldn't have asked for more! His colleague Paula made a huge difference to our experience as well - so conscientious to our needs and made clean-up the next day a breeze (which was appreciated after an evening of Richard's drinks!) Especially for the value, we could not recommend them more highly.

Hired Richard for a small wedding. He was easy to speak to and coordinate with. He was punctual, conveniently had his own bartending equipment, clean, very helpful around moving equipment and getting things ready. Overall, everyone enjoyed his company!

I prefer to talk with my guests and listen to what they want, then add my expert advice to make their event perfect. People know what they like to eat, but I hope to add something new and different to enhance the event.
