The installation of the PULONGKER 1HP Garbage Disposal was finished professionally with a lot of friendly conversations about the world events of the past and present. Rich, made sure that everything was in working order with no leaks in the system and that the Dishwasher was discharging water correctly into the Garbage Disposal and out through the drain. I'm happy with the service I received from Rich Waters Plumbing & Drain. A1+ Company for the job done right.

Van was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had many questions and he patiently answered each one until I felt comfortable with the work being performed. He replaced a leaking sink ptrap/drain as well as installed a regulator component for my hands-free kitchen sink. He was fast and the price was very reasonable especially in a time when every dollar matters. I will hire him again and would definitely refer his business to others. He also offers a 3 month warranty which provides reassurance in regards to the quality of his work.

I contacted Rich Waters Plumbing and Van came to my property within 2 hours. He thoroughly checked my pipes, faucets and water heater. He even crawled under the house and checked the plumbing in the crawlspace to diagnose the problem. He offered me different options to resolve the cold water coming out from the hot faucet and was very honest about cost, labor and time. He was also friendly, respectful of my property and very professional. He's a service member and definitely went out of his way to make sure he checked everything. He even checked the schematics of my water heater to determine any workarounds that could be done to enhance the quality of my water heater's function. If you want someone who knows what he's doing and is a real technician, I would definitely hire him! I was very impressed and he didn't charge a ridiculous fee. Very reasonable.

Spoke with Van the day before he came to replace the drain pipe that connects to the bathtub. He asked all the right questions and came in fully prepared the following day with all the parts to effectively and efficiently conduct the repair.
