- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We look forward to giving fair prices that both the customer and our company can walk away happy. We provide a quality service that enhances curb appeal and extends the life of our customer's roof and house.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can give you a quote remotely, we do not have to come to the worksite to give the quote. After the initial contact has been made with a prospective customer we will email the quote within a short period of time and schedule for their cleaning. There may be a few anomalies that occur that may call for an amendment to the original quote (i.e. previous damage, repair work, etc).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an Officially Certified Exterior Cleaning Professionals.
