- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I aim to use the highest quality ingredients available, so the price of my services will reflect that. I believe all my clients deserve to taste the very best of the bounty that is the East Coast.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by choosing our menu format. I offer a complimentary custom menu consultation via phone/videoconference/or we can meet in person where we get to know each other and personalize your menu. The second option is Chef’s Choice Menu where the magic is left to me and I write your menu based on my current inspiration and seasonality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Johnson and Wales University and studied Culinary Arts. I have completed Food Service Management ServSafe training.
