- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing encompasses all of the expenses associated with being a mobile notary - including mileage, training and certifications, insurance, and supplies. Mobile Notary Loan Signing Agents provide more service than “just a stamp”🙂
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone call to introduce myself and offer my credentials. I want to assure clients that they are working with a reliable professional. We can then discuss specifics and logistics to take care of the clients’ needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been a Notary Public for over 20 years with career experience as a Legal Assistant, Credit Union Assistant Branch Manager, and Post Closing Administrator. I have been trained and certified through the National Notary Association as well as The Loan Signing System.
