Confirm the appointment the day before he gave a quote and the time that he will be here. The appointment is set for today at 2 PM. It is 2:24 PM. I had to contact him in order for him to let me know he will not be able to come until tomorrow, no thanks I won’t be using this again. I need guaranteed service. Unprofessional

The professionalism was fine but the response time and the availability wasn’t great . The honesty was appreciated that they took on a job of making rows for a garden that they had never did before . They said that they would come back and do it right but never did . I appreciate the effort though .
