Introduction
Hi, I’m Becca - owner of Leo Milo Interiors. As a degreed interior designer from Kent State University, I have over 8 years of hands on experience in the field. Over the past few years, I’ve worked with other talented designers on projects around the area and recently have been gearing my time into expanding my own business and creative palate! My goal is to create spaces for clients that provoke a clean, productive, and comfortable lifestyle, while bringing your visions to life. Every person and home have their own needs and it is my mission to find practical answers for your everyday problems and create rooms that are tailored to things you love - not just what style or trend is current. I look forward to working with you on your project!

Becca from Leo Milo Interiors has been SO amazing to work with! Remodeling our main bathroom has been our first home project and we had no idea where to begin. In July 2023 we tried to come up with a plan and design on our own but months later we still only had decided on a main color. We've never worked with an interior designer before as we were afraid of pricing. However, Becca was very affordable and has been very patient and accommodating with scheduling, providing multiple mock-ups as needed, as well as giving feedback on what may or may not work within our taste or budget. We were able to create a Pinterest board for our bathroom and she took the ideas and ran with it, helping create a wonderful design! When it came time to provide details to our contractor, Becca had all the dimensions and a design plan ready to turn over. Working with her has seriously helped us keep our sanity and keep things moving along. I can't say enough about how awesome she really is. Save yourself time, stress, money, and your sanity and just hire Becca!

Details: Design of 1 - 2 rooms • Bathroom(s) • Bedroom(s) • Living room • 500 - 1,000 sq ft • Space planning / layout • Color palette / paint selection • Flooring selection • Coastal • Eclectic • Traditional • Midcentury Modern • Shabby Chic • My home, venue, etc.

Rebecca has really impressed me, I was hesitant to hire a designer due to costs, but it has been 100% ROI. She works well w your ideas/vision to find products and designs that suite your budget and desires. She is very patient w her clients and has good customer relations. She has assisted me w 3 rooms in my home so far. (Master bd custom wall stencil, dinning rm, lounge rm). Hire Becca for an awesome experience.

Details: Design of 1 - 2 rooms • Dining room • Office space • Less than 500 sq ft • Furniture selection • Window treatments selection • Accessories / art selection • Color palette / paint selection • Space planning / layout • Traditional • Shabby Chic • My home, venue, etc.

Becca was great. She really took her time to get to know my family and our style to provide us with the best home decor options. She provided us with multiple "mood boards" for various rooms in our household that reflected everything we had discussed with her about how we envisioned decorating our home. You won't regret working with her.

Details: Design of 3 - 4 rooms • Kitchen • Living room • Dining room • Office space • 1,000 - 1,500 sq ft • Accessories / art selection • Furniture selection • Color palette / paint selection • Space planning / layout • Contemporary • Midcentury Modern • My home, venue, etc.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and 4+ years of hands-on experience in the field including both residential, restaurant, and hotel design.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

My road to Interior Design is actually pretty comical. While I was growing up, like many others in Interior Design I watched much more HGTV than Disney. I would pull out all of the stuff to play barbies with my sisters and quickly lose interest after setting up all of the houses. However, since I was a little girl I always wanted to be a fighter pilot. That is why when I originally applied to college I chose Kent State University for their aviation program, but to my dismay it wasn’t an option in the drop down list of majors online. I figured that once I was accepted I would ask them if I could switch majors. Then the letter came in the mail stating that I was accepted specifically into the Interior Design program alongside a small number of people around the country. This seemed to be an honor so I figured I would try it out. That ended up being my fate as I met my very best friends and instantly fell in love with the program and bettering spaces for large numbers of people. Maybe one day I will chase down that pilot’s license, or design my own plane, but for now this is what I love!
