She called to say was going to be late ( I appreciated the call). However when they got here & completed the cleaning she said there was an additional $50 fee for transportation. I had not been told about this upfront so in my book that's unfair. They did not clean the baseboards and did not lift up any items on bath vanity nor dressers to dust under them. They did not clean shower walls. They had agreed to wash windows via messages in app ( I had checked I wanted interior windows cleaned), however they tried to say they don't do window. I explained they had told me they would and ultimately they did clean interior windows. It seemed to me they were desperate to get work and agreed to do what I requested. Then while on their way here, realized they were an hour away from me, whereas they should have determined that upfront and informed me of the charge for travel/transportation before I hired them. Then they didn't do what they agreed to do at time of hire and did not seem to have sufficient experience in this business. I will not hire them again!

Good afternoon, I’m very sorry about what happened to you with the cleaning service you hired but I don’t understand why you put that on my profile, you contacted me but you never gave me the job because I had a full schedule. I NEVER CLEANED YOUR PROPERTY.
