- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 2 hour minimum.. along with the 2 hour minimum of 200.00 (100.00hr) there will be a truck fee (50.00) included if we are going to provide a truck. 80.00 truck fee if we have to provide a 26ft truck. Mileage(1.29 per mile) Estimate total will be ranging from 262.00-292.00 for the first two hours and 100.00 every additional hour with 10 total miles. 3 & 4 bedrooms jobs are 4 movers at 120.00hr with a minimum of 3 hours. Again after discussing with you over the phone I will get an idea on how long the job may take and how many movers will be needed. Also we will provide mattress bags to transport your mattresses. This does not apply to anyone who’s putting their items in a storage. If you guys could list your mattress size we will appreciate it, so we can be prepared to bring the correct mattress bags. We will have moving blankets and bands to wrap your furniture to prevent any scratches or damage to your furniture. Furniture sliders for your dressers, tables to prevent from scratching the floors. If disassembling and assembling is needed could you please have the amount of bags to put your screws in. Prefer to have each bag for each bed set or TV’s. Please understand we here to make things easier for you guys, but also easier for us to move your things. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To speed the booking process up. If you can send over a good email to send estimate. I will call to discuss the move to give me an idea of how long it may take and how many movers. Once estimate is sent and accepted, we then awaits the deposit to confirm booking. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions.
