- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe that cleaning should be accessible to everyone. Cleans are tailored to your needs and budget! We do offer lower rates for reoccuring customers and special 2-hour service at a flat rate for anyone who just needs a little assistance outside of a typical cleaning project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to hear the customers goals and concerns when working in their home. Some need a more delicate touch in certain situations and I’m a ready to handle all that may come with helping them stay on track and keep a tidy home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 7 years experience in cleaning currently as professionals.
