FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In our business, pricing involves several factors. Hourly rates vary with the needs and types of projects, delivery charges, fuel surcharges, installation charges, and, in some cases, furniture purchases or furniture rental. Because we have many wholesale vendors, we can save clients money on furniture purchases and rentals. Many times, we can save 15-20% of retail costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For us to do our best work, we need to give our clients a great education, they need to know exactly what they want, and we lead them through that process with questionnaires, discussions, meetings, and informative proposals. We use a private client portal to communicate design ideas, and obtain approvals throughout the design process, as well as the implementation of the design specific details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I sought one of the finest home staging designers in the United States, an award winning business, and a Real Estate Staging Association approved staging design professional curriculum. I took several of their training courses. After their rigorous training processes, I earned a Master Level Staging Design Professional Designation.
