- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price fair and to the competition. However, I do offer several discounts over the year. I also give a 10 percent discount to all Military, First Responders, Teachers and other medical professionals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well of course, a proper introduction and understanding their needs for services. I want to make the customer feel comfortable, know the correct price and have a understanding of what will be done in the services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained and by tenured professionals, attended a professional workshop and complete online trainings. Carpet Cleaning is not rocket science, but learning the proper techniques, correct machines and of course the cleaning solutions, makes those trainings important.
