Shaun arrived at my house earlier than expected. Escorted him to our upstairs bathroom and explained the problem which was a seal issue with a bowl sink atop of a makeshift vanity. I tried to fix it myself with no luck. Shaun told me I had the incorrect drain for this type of sink. He went to Lowe’s nearby and purchase d the correct drain and explained the install process with added measures to secure the bowl better than what it was. Very clean and outstanding work!

Shaun with Dean Plumbing was fantastic. Came out same day within 2 hours and evaluated my sump pump. Quickly learned both main pump and backup were failing. Ordered a replacement and returned two days later for a fast install. Listened carefully to my family’s request for a quiet check valve to avoid the loud thunking of water constantly flowing and stopping. Great guy, great company, and takes care of his Vets and Fed heads. Highly recommend. He’s our homes new plumber. Thanks Shaun!

Shaun came as scheduled next day in time. He said it was either cartridge or may have to replace everything. Told us replace everything price( very high) and then cartridge price(lower). Obviously I am happy was nothing more. The cost was much more than what I have paid in past. Our shower faucet was leaking from a faulty cartridge. Repair cost were much higher(30–40% for less than a 1 hour job than what I researched online for this type of repair. Hope this shower faucet lasts longer than previous. He was prompt and fixed problem.

They did an excellent job on an emergency situation with the main water service line. They were responsive, professional and courteous and made certain to resolve the issue without impacting the driveway that is used by my daughter. She is a wheelchair user, and that required them to work without the normal heavy equipment. They dug the hole by hand and were able to resolve the issue within hours. I would highly recommend Shawn and Brad’s work! Would use them again for any plumbing issues needed.
