- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate for the repair and I offer a 10% discount for seniors, military, police and teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I'm paired with a new customer, I will set up a convenient time to come out and introduce myself and provide an estimate for the work to be done. My first visit to the home or business I like to perform a free plumbing inspection with the customers approval to make sure there isn't any hidden problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Virginia Master Plumber license and a class B, state contractors license.
