- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The majority of buyer services are paid for by the seller of a property. If there are any exceptions, you will know prior to submitting your offer. As far as sellers, I have a menu of services. While my fees are non-negotiable, we have a menu of services that cost between 4% and 7%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically set up a new client consultation to figure out if we would be a great fit! We can schedule consultations either at a public space or my office. If you would like to meet at your home that you are selling, one of my associates will accompany me to the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Economics and Business, received the Homesnap.com Fastest Growing Agent award in 2022 and am a top producer at my brokerage. I focus heavily on social media marketing to obtain the best opportunities for both my buyers and sellers. We have rehab teams that can be paid at closing and can do extensive work for your property to get top dollar with nothing out of your pocket up front. All my service vendors are also held to a high standard. Communication is key in my business.
