Daniel is a great leader.He takes pride in being a professional and taking care of wrapping furniture for clients to prevent damage. One of his workers did not put my table back together correctly.He came over and redid it correctly.

At first there was confusion by the company on the date service was needed but I called back and had that corrected. Movers showed up right on time with enough movers to handle a 400 LB bath vanity. There were several near misses hitting walls and ceilings but I managed to alert the movers just in time.

Hired on Thumbtack

After setting things up on Thumbtack, didnt recieve any communication from them. I eventually followed up with a reply only to have them only schedule my visit THEN. Still scheduled for the same time, only they were late. No communication, no call. I waited until an hour after my appointment to call to check on where they were. They said then that they would be here within the hour. Then even after that, now over 3 and a half hours after my initial appointment, no movers and no communication. On top of that, after i established an appointment on thumbtack with an estimated rate said to be 159 dollars - completely reasonable for my simple ask of moving two couches from one room to adjacent rooms - The estimate jumped up to over 300 dollars after they called me and actually scheduled me in. So, even after the price more than doubled I was willing to give them a shot anyway, but they still wound up being hours late without so much as a text, call, or email.

We offer both hourly and guaranteed pricing options. Also, as a veteran owned and operated business we provide all veterans, first responders, police, and teachers a 5% discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process working with a new customer is to first determine if we are a good fit for their moving needs. We typically do this via a phone call where we asks the details about the move and check our calendar for availability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years in the Army had my family and I personally experience over 14 moves, with all lacking the degree of customer care that I had hoped for. So, I decided to form my own company and start to change the industry from the inside. It's actually a difficult industry, but very rewarding.
