Quickly found the problem, made the repair. Very friendly. I expected the cost to be less than charged for a minor repair. I would however recommend them. William was very easy to work with and did not make me feel like a dumb female.

I needed to automate my garage door. William came out the next day and gave me a free estimate. He came the next day and finished the project within a few hours. Excellent customer service and great work! We were kept informed of the expected arrival time. Wesley was friendly and explained what he had found and gave us options for repair. The work was completed quickly and our door is like-new. Will definitely use Wallen again if we need anything for our garage door.
