I encountered a significant issue after mistakenly updating my BIOS, which resulted in my PC displaying a blank black screen. After reading numerous reviews, I decided to contact Keith for assistance. His prompt response and the confidence he exhibited while discussing my situation provided me with much-needed reassurance. He arranged to pick up my PC the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem. Keith informed me that while purchasing a new PC would be a wise decision due to the repairs potentially being uneconomical, my data storage was intact. I greatly appreciated his honesty; however, I requested to explore a few repair options before making a final decision. Keith was exceptionally fair throughout the entire process and was dedicated to finding a solution. I was having difficulties connecting my work computer to my printer and router. I contacted cannon and they couldn’t help me. I signed up with tech support system through office max and they never showed up and lied saying they did. I tried working on the problem for a week on my own until I contacted Tech services. He was able to fix my issue I’m no time. Thanks tech service. I recommend
