We offer straightforward, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Rates are customized based on your space size, cleaning frequency, and specific needs. We keep it simple: flat pricing for restrooms and break rooms, and competitive square-foot rates for general office areas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we gather some basic info about your workspace—square footage, layout, and needs. Then we schedule a walkthrough to see the space, discuss scope of work, and make sure we’re aligned on expectations. After that, we send over a clear, custom quote. Once approved, we lock in your schedule and get to work—usually within a few days. No long contracts. Just clear communication, reliable service, and after-hours coverage that shows up.
