- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all. I view the job, I offer choices and options to the customer and price it right on the spot.The estimate is free, there's no obligation or pressure. In other words I do not have "commission breath".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set Up an appointment through Thumbtack with me to come and take a look at your project. I will give you a no pressure no obligation written proposal. I will ask you to kindly look at my reviews on Thumbtack because my customers do all the selling for me. I will be thorough, answer all your questions, Treat you, your family and your property like my own! And complete your project in a professional workman like manner and in a timely fashion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I go to all the classes provided by the suppliers and manufacturers like carrier Mitsubishi etc. Also this is required every 2 years to keep and maintain my Va State licenses. Not to mention over 30 years in the field experience!
