Jay was early and called ahead, which was great! Super friendly and professional. He took the time to explain that he was changing both heating elements in our electric water heater and showed me the difference in the old and new coils. The price was more than reasonable. Great service, friendly office staff as well. Will be using this company for future plumbing needs for sure!

Jay from PureWater Solutions of Va, LLC did an amazing, super fast repair of a running toilet and replacement of flapper in the toilet bowl. The company has immediate response and was able to schedule within a couple of hours. They are very affordable as well. Highly recommend!!

He was punctual, professional, and extremely courteous! PureWater Solution responded immediately to my post/request, scheduled a visit for the next day, and fixed my low-pressure sink within minutes. He diagnosed and explained the issue as he repaired it for me and did not charge anything beyond the free consultation. I could not believe how pleasant a plumbing visit could be! I will absolutely call PureWater Solution first for all of my plumbing needs.
