Jay from PureWater Solutions of Va, LLC did an amazing, super fast repair of a running toilet and replacement of flapper in the toilet bowl. The company has immediate response and was able to schedule within a couple of hours. They are very affordable as well. Highly recommend!!

He was punctual, professional, and extremely courteous! PureWater Solution responded immediately to my post/request, scheduled a visit for the next day, and fixed my low-pressure sink within minutes. He diagnosed and explained the issue as he repaired it for me and did not charge anything beyond the free consultation. I could not believe how pleasant a plumbing visit could be! I will absolutely call PureWater Solution first for all of my plumbing needs.

Jay found a leaking pipe while working on our estimate. He fixed the leak immediately. He said he just couldn’t leave that water spraying. We weren’t even aware of the leak! Great to work with!

Highly recommend this company. Jay restored my hot water after a power outage for less than the cost of most other companies’ cost just to show up. Will be keeping this company as my first choice for future repairs.

Pure Water solutions were great; I had an issue with my washer backing up and Jay & his partner came in and fixed the problem; after some diagnosis of the washer issues - the problem was solved and I would definitely recommend Pure Water for your plumbing needs - whatever, they may be..
