Hi,
my name is Wesley Griffith I have been in this business for over 12 years. I started my own business back in 2017 as a side job aside of working for a construction company M-F but, now I am wanting to get really established with what I do & take this business to an everyday job for myself eventually. I am passionate about getting the job done & having happy clients afterwards. Wes and his team (Brian and Chris) were fantastic. Our property had a pit in the backyard (like a sinkhole) that had been created when the original builders had dumped the stumps and trees from our cleared lot into it. That was back in the 70's, so after 50 years the ground had sunk as the wood decomposed and eventually we had to deal with it. Wes expertly excavated the entire area, removed the debris, hauled it away, and restored the yard to its original graded level. He also installed drain lines to keep the water out of our back yard. His team worked extremely fast, and got the project done in 3 days. I highly recommend Griffith Tree and Land management for any grading, excavation, and demo projects - it was truly a pleasure to watch his team work.

I needed a tree trimmed to have a shed installed. Wesley was very responsive from day one. He was able to come out last min and take care of what I needed in no time. He was very professional and polite. I will definitely utilize him again for any future work I need done. He did a fantastic job and I will recommend him to anyone I can. Not to mention, he was here at the time he said he would be.. that’s always a plus! Thanks Wesley!

Wesley crushed it for me. I wanted ~10 yards of compacted clay filled with rocks removed from my property and replaced with topsoil, in addition to power raking/leveling ~6000sqft for turf renovation. Wesley accommodated a last minute schedule change for me, moving work up a week. Showed up on time and worked a 10 hour day, including reworking areas to make sure I was happy without upcharging.
Wesley and his team are not handymen doing this in their spare time, this is his profession and it shows in the quality of work and expert operation of equipment, which he owns, not rents. I've had similar work done by other outfits in the past, and not only would Wesley be my #1 choice in the future, but I would gladly pay a premium for it.

Needed a larger derelict wooden deck next to the barn demolished. Matt responded right away, I sent him photos, he sent me a quote. We agreed on the price and several days later, exactly on time, he showed up and efficiently and expeditiously got rid of the deck. He was professional, punctual and very easy to work with. I'll look forward to using him again if/when the need arises.
